Ioncube Error

I am in the process of moving to a new server and when I enter the following Temporary Webpage URL: http://103.241.2.211/~wally444/  for my support desk I get the following error.

=====
The "licence.lic" file within this installation cannot run on this server.

Licence file is encoded for a different domain.
=====
Since the domain has not changed maybe the IP is the problem.

I am running V2 so maybe I should take the opportunity to upgrade to V3 but unfortunately I cant bring up any licence info as many of my old email addresses are not accessible any more.

Any suggestions would be most helpful,

Regards
Lee Asher

Re: Ioncube Error

Hi Lee,

You say the domain hasn`t changed, but the domain isn`t present in the address bar, so its the IP address.

Once the new server propogates with your domain it will work ok.

Re: Ioncube Error

Thanks David, it came good as you said. Do you think I should upgrade to V3 anyway and do I need a new licence.lic file ?

Re: Ioncube Error

Hi Lee,

You mean upgrade ioncube? No need, I`ll be removing it in the next update.
