Hello,
Thanks in advance for your help.
Our issue is that when clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button on any product, the ‘processing’ icon appears and spins perpetually, without ever adding the product to the basket. However, if you refresh the page or navigate to another page, the item then appears in the basket.
Removing a product from the basket behaves in a similar way. If you click the red cross, nothing appears to have happened, but if you then refresh the page, the product has been successfully removed.
I think we upgraded to version 2.1 back in February. I suspect we may have had the issue since then.
Can you offer any advice on how to resolve this?
Our website is: www.bubble-n-squeak.co.uk

Hi Andy,
I still had your FTP details so I took a look for you.
The issue is your server does not have the JSON functions enabled. These must be enabled.
Enable them and reboot the server and you should be good to go. Its unusual they aren`t enabled to be honest, they are fairly standard?
