I have the following CRON set up:

*     *     *     *     *     /home/helpdpoc/public_html/index.php?pipe=1

I am receiving the following error message from CRON:

Could not open input file: /home/helpdpoc/public_html/index.php?pipe=1

The page at works fine:

It might be worth looking at the cron information in the documentation. smile

"/home/helpdpoc/public_html/index.php?pipe=1" is not a valid cron command.

If you aren`t sure contact your host, they should be able to help. Cron commands vary from server to server.

The cron line is actually
*     *     *     *     *     /usr/local/bin/php /home/helpdpoc/public_html/index.php?pipe=1

However, the error is the same:
Could not open input file: /home/helpdpoc/public_html/index.php?pipe=1

The page at The page at works fine: works fine.

I also have a cron for backup which is working correctly:
0     *     *     *     *     /usr/local/bin/php /home/helpdpoc/public_html/db-backup.php

It still does not work if I change the cron to
*     *     *     *     *     php -q /home/helpdpoc/public_html/index.php?pipe=01

The error is "No input file specified."

Did you see the notes on crons in the docs and the "Cron trigger Override via Curl" option? You can try that.

Or change your cron command to use curl natively at the server level. See the curl examples.

Linux servers (some at least), don`t like the query string parameter. So, you can also try using a space.

/usr/local/bin/php /home/helpdpoc/public_html/index.php pipe=1

The curl option should be fine as that works with query strings.

Thank you for your support.

I have chosen to use the CURL option which is working.
