IMPORTANT: Posts in English only. I don't have a translator and I'll be unable to understand your message properly and will probably delete it.
SEARCH: Use the search option to see if your question has been answered on the forum before now or if there is an answer in the documentation of your software.
PERSONAL SUPPORT: If you have purchased a commercial version of any software, using the contact option at the licence centre ensures a faster response.
AUTO DELETION: Accounts older than 5 days, with no posts or topics, are automatically deleted. Only register if you are thinking of posting.
LINKS: Any links posted are not clickable and must be copied / pasted into your browser address bar.

I have an issue with my admin area and not sure how to fix it.

I login and it fails. All information is correct. This is the same for all my team. This also occurs on all browsers.

However, if we check the Remember me box it then logs us in just fine. Obviously, we don't want to be constantly logged in for Privacy reason. Have you come across this issue before or any ideas on how to fix it.

Sounds like a problem with sessions on your server. The remember option uses cookies, where as the login uses standard sessions.

So, possibly the session gets set, then cleared on reload. Could be a redirect causing the issue, but not 100%. Or the sessions are just not working. Check your settings are configured correctly.

All my settings have been running on this website correctly for years.

I am also about to start using this same support for a new website and installed it last night and no issues with logging in like with the website issue mentioned above.

I will have a look at sessions and see if that fixes it. I don't want to do a clean install as I will lose all my settings and tickets and accounts already there.

Note: This was looked at by my server admin and no issues there either.

Technically a clean install wouldn't fix anything if it was session related.

Try installing a second copy in a sub domain and see if the same issue exists.

This is already on a sub-domain, so are you suggestion do another install on another sub-domain?

I also had it suggested to mention to you that I am on a VPS and various sites on the same server with the same IP are using this software with no issues like I am having on this domain. So they highly doubt a session issue is a problem.

I can't think what else it might be. It certainly points to a session issue. Is there any errors in the 'logs' folder? Did you check your server error log?

Nothing in support logs, but I will check server logs and see if anything there.
