Hi ,
On my main site I have a link to allow customers to put in a support ticket.
The link takes them to a support form that gathers information through different fields and then send the info to my support email address.

In my webmail, the support form renders perfectly.

When it downloads to the Maian Support, it shows all of the html code first then just a text based info from the fields that were on the form.

Question:

Is there anyway to to turn on the Maian Support ticket area to show the html formatting.

As an example, I get this (just a small part, it goes on for about 80 lines of html code))

html {
-ms-overflow-y: auto !important;
}
body {
-webkit-text-size-adjust: 100%;
-ms-text-size-adjust: 100%;
}
img {
-ms-interpolation-mode: bicubic;
}
table.radius td {
-webkit-border-radius: 3px;
-moz-border-radius: 3px;
}
table.round td {
-webkit-border-radius: 500px;
-moz-border-radius: 500px;
}
table.columns,
table.column {
display: -webkit-box;
}
table.columns td.element_connector,
td.element_connector {
width: 100% !important;
width: calc(100%) !important;
width: -webkit-calc(100%) !important;
}

Then it show the ticket information like this:

Another eTicket Support form! Here’s what was submitted:

Type of Support Request (Select Only One):I.T. SupportImpact:1 Person InconveniencedCategory:ComputerYour Email Address:###@####.comYour Contact Phone:##########Windows User Name:Brett ####

Used pound signs to obscure the information from the public.

Any direction greatly appreciated.
Paul

Hi Paul,

I'm not 100% sure what you mean, but Maian Support wouldn't allow HTML from a remote source for security. It's a big security concern if you allow HTML to render.
