example of my cron

/usr/local/bin/php /home3/keithbo1/public_html/support/email-digest.php

please advise, is my license corrupt?

Are you using the latest version? Because the cron path is incorrect.

If it's an older version, you can just create a new file in the support root which triggers the email digest file.

1 - Create a new .php file in a text editor with the following code:

<?php
$ch = curl_init();
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_URL, "http://www.example.com/helpdesk/email-digest.php");
curl_setopt ($ch, CURLOPT_HEADER, 0);
curl_setopt($ch, CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER, 1);
$output = curl_exec($ch);
curl_close($ch);
?>

2. Change the cron to point to the new file. Make sure the http path is correct.

You can also change your current cron to use the CURL option, that might be better.

I am using the latest version, where can I find info on creating this cron path?

#4 IamKangy 22-03-2020 09:27:22

Go to the latest Documentation within your new release upgrade, it gives you the latest cron job information you need. You can access this information from within your Support Admin Panel. Hope that helps.

Hopefully this was sorted?
