IMPORTANT: Posts in English only. I don't have a translator and I'll be unable to understand your message properly and will probably delete it.
SEARCH: Use the search option to see if your question has been answered on the forum before now or if there is an answer in the documentation of your software.
PERSONAL SUPPORT: If you have purchased a commercial version of any software, using the contact option at the licence centre ensures a faster response.
AUTO DELETION: Accounts older than 5 days, with no posts or topics, are automatically deleted. Only register if you are thinking of posting.

Maian Support 4.3

Thanks for the nice Ticketssystem, So far I use the 4.2 version as free version and yesterday I bought the 4.3
I have 2 problems which I did not have with version 4.2

First Problem:

When Customer replies to a ticket I get this message by mail

An error occurred opening the "/var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates//var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates/ticket-reply.txt" file. Check that this file exists in the correct "content/language/*/mail-templates/" folder.

The File ticket-reply.txt under "content/language/german/mail-templates/ticket-reply.txt" exists. When set to english the same error occurs.

In The Log File:

CLIENT -> SERVER:   An error occurred opening the "/var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates//var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates/ticket-reply.txt" file. Check that this file exists in the correct "content/language/*/mail-templates/" folder.

Second Problem:

[Error Code: 8] Undefined variable: email
[Date/Time: 14 March 2020 @ 09:45AM]

Popup when i Testing for New Mail in Tickets via Email Settings:

If the file is there, is it corrupt? Try uploading it again. The system will only throw that error if it doesn't exist OR it can't be opened. So, either missing, corrupt or permissions issue.

Thank you, this has been fixed. It's just a logging error. If the imap log is off, you won't see it. To fix, replace the 'control/system/imap.php' file in the download zip:

I have uploaded ticket-reply.txt again,

The error still exists.
I think it's a double Path in Two Parts:

[185.207.xxx.11 >> 14/March/2020 @ 12:26:37] Action/Info: Email template for Sven is /var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates//var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates/ticket-reply.txt

Part One:
/var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates/

Part Two:
/var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates/ticket-reply.txt

When i send a New Ticket Reply to a Customer, this Path was used and works:

[185.207.xxx.11 >> 14/March/2020 @ 12:35:16] Action/Info: Email template is /var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates/new-account.txt

Part One:
var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates/new-account.txt

And for me as Admin and works:
[185.207.xxx.11 >> 14/March/2020 @ 12:35:16] Action/Info: Email template for Sven is /var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates/new-ticket-admin.txt

Part One:
/var/www/vhosts/my-website.de/httpdocs/my-website.de/_help-desk/content/language/german/mail-templates/new-ticket-admin.txt

It should be fixed now. Can you replace the 'control/system/imap.php' file and try again please?

Not meaning to hi-jack this topic, but is this also an issue with the English templates or is it just with the German language files?

Do we need to replace those files also?

Yes, the issue isn't related to the language files. If you have downloaded in the last few days you'll be fine.

I downloaded and upgraded within a few days of the release of 4.3. Should I re-download and replace those files?
