Hi David,
Is it possible to add a php shipping calculator with this script?

<?php
....
....
$usps->setServer("http://production.shippingapis.com/ShippingAPI.dll");
$usps->setUserName("xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx");
$usps->setService("ONLINE");
$usps->setDestZip($tozip );
$usps->setOrigZip($fromzip);
$usps->setWeight(10, 5);
.....
.....
.....
?>
It would be nice to have this feature available for customers
Thank you
zelda

As you set the shipping rates, they'll see the rates when they checkout. I'm not sure how this would be useful unless you offered shipping only via these calculations?

Hello David,
I use a shipping calculator many times when shopping.  It helps to know if the seller is trying to make money from shipping and if it is of the end of the month it helps to know what the total is before buying.  It's great convenience for the customer.

Shipping is complicated. I've added it to my to do list, but I doubt it's something I will add. It would be easier just to create a new page in the system detailing the shipping rates. Then customers can see at a glance what the charges are.
