Hello!
Excellent HelpDesk program. For a long time I was looking for something good, and I was pleased to find the perfect option for myself. I am sure that I will buy, but now I am testing and trying how this program is suitable for my purposes.
Sometimes with long texts, it is very good to use spoilers. However, I did not find a way to use it, since html is not resolved in questions, and the bb code is not active.

This isn`t supported, sorry. I`ve added it to my notes, but I do plan on removing BB support for admins in favour of a WYSIWYG editor.

Hello,

It would be really great! Your systems are nearly better than every other software but this BB codes are too old... At least a markdown would be great. I was planning to integrate my own markdown support but it's a paid system and don't want to touch the codes smile

Well, the BB code has been easier to understand for most people. And it is still used a lot, so I doubt it's going anywhere. But agree, a wysiwyg editor or markdown would be good. I do like markdown a lot, but probably too confusing for the average user. I'm just trying to decide whether to include a wysiwyg editor in 4.3 actually.

You are right. Then WYSIWYG Editor would be really great. It would be great if It supported code snippets or quotes smile
And also, I do like markdown a lot. And I prefer Markdown than a WYSIWYG Editor smile

Addition: Also, I looked up for you a little bit and found really good, open-source WYSIWYG Editors;

Also, since you are planning to add a WYSIWYG editor, it is not important anymore but; there is small mistakes on BB Code Formatting Help page. All "list" examples are same.

You are more than welcome, I hope you won't need to fix that bug smile

#13 msworld 20-02-2020 01:09:27

I have fixed it. I won't add a Wysiwyg editor in 4.3. It can just sit in my todo list for awhile until I decide what to do.
