Hello.  Ever since the first time cron jobs got stuck.... im having to do this on every run.  I suspect something is wrong with my settings.  How can i correct this?

You need to find out why the cron is stopping. It could be timing out at some point. Maybe too many subscribers, or the mail server has thrown an error, or something else. I would start by checking your server logs. You can also look at the 'logs' folder in Maian Responder to see if they give any clue.

Impossible for me to know I`m afraid.

I would be happy to post any useful messages, if you can point me to where they are.  The only one I understand is on follow up messages log when it says:

Logged: 23 October 2019 @ 21:12:05
Action/Info: System waiting for previous cron job to complete

I know its very vague ... but if you can point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

The message appears when the previous cron hasn't completed it's run. If it stops during the loop (which it appears to be doing), as mentioned before, your server logs will be the best place to start. Check your server error logs to see if they show any errors. The software will log all it can to the 'logs' folder in the installation, but if the server doesn't respond, it will just get stuck and do nothing.

You could comment out the code that causes the lock (I will make it optional in the next update). But then you have the risk of crons overlapping.

If you want to send me your log file (if it's too big, upload it and send me the link) I'll take a look to see if there is anything that might cause the stop.
