Is it possible to add extra Ticket Status' - Currently there is only Open, Locked and Closed.

Is it possible to say add: Awaiting or Pending User, In Progress, and On Hold as other options for status' to tickets?

Thank you.

No, at the moment only custom priority levels can be set. Custom statuses is in my todo list, so will appear in a future version. smile

Would there be any easy fix to change the Locked status to On Hold and have the ticket still as an open ticket? If not, that is ok. Just curious if that might be an easy option for now?

The text can be changed in the language file. There would be a number of areas the code would need changing to keep the open status. And if you did change it, it would always say Open, not On Hold.

Yikes, think I might just leave it till the next release. Otherwise, it appears it might throw everything into a bit of chaos.

No problem. Actually, the ticket status update has been in my todo list for awhile, but not many people mention it, so it's never been a priority. I`ll see about implementing this one soon. smile

Thank you, it would be something I would be using. If you're not going to add it into maybe the next version, maybe you could give me a price to get this done. As it is something I am needing for use in the HelpDesk.

Thanks David.

Ok, no problem. At the moment I`m not sure of the features for the next version, but I`ve moved this one up the priority list. smile
