Hi there,

I'm checking out the Maian Support for some days now and I've a plain installation, just with the german language pack enabled. Most things work really fine so far, but I have some problems with the notification emails (those emails users get when the support staff adds an answer to a ticket). They're being sent without problems, but the mail does not show completely in my emailclient, see here:

... or to be more specific, the {CONTENT} section is missing in the HTML part of the email. The plain text part is complete, though:

source code of the a notifcation email wrote::

Text only emails would be sufficent, so I tried to comment out the "$this->MsgHTML($this->htmlWrap($mail));" line in class.send.php, leaving just "$this->AltBody = $this->plainWrap($mail);" ... but that just leads to notification emails not being sent at all (without any errors).

Any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance smile

Hi Elroy,

Are you sure all the files got uploaded? Most specifically the email template files:

I can`t think of another reason why the content would be missing.

Hello David,

thanks alot for your hint! It are indeed the german mail-template files. They are encoded in ANSI. I've now converted them to "UTF8 without BOM" (like the english mail-template files) with Notepad++, now everything works like a charm.

Glad you got it sorted Elroy. smile
