I am looking in to the possibilities of Maian Responder.
At this moment I really want only one thing.

I sell software and it has to be renewed once a year.

Is it possible to automatically sent a renewel reminder after 330 and 345 days?

I am realizing that a lot is possible with this system but at this moment the above feature is the only thing I need.

What I don't understand is that I don't see a date field where I can put the starting date of the licence.
The reminder mails have to be sent out 330 and 345 days after the starting date of the license.

Hi Bert,

You should be able to accomplish this quite easily.

1. Add a broadcast message to be sent 330 days after signup.

2. Set it to repeat every 15 days and set the repeat frequency to 1.

Then it would send after 330 and 345 days, then stop.

Hello David,

In my case is the signup date the date the software license starts.
If I add a customer how do I give it a starting date? Can't find a date field.

When you add the customer, the date you add them is the start date. If you want to change it, edit the subscriber.
