"IMAP functions - Open tickets via email. Just give out a support email address and the system takes care of the rest."

Tickets are generated when user/client send emails to a support email, eg. support@mydomain.com; am I understanding this feature correctly?
If so, is this feature fully functional out the box for free version? my imap account is setup and the script is working, but I can't seem to find where to enable this feature... I can create tickets manually and email confirmation for new user to activate account... but sending emails to support@mydomain.com doesn't create new ticket... I even enable cron job for "index.php?pipe=XX"...

what am I missing here?

Thanks

The only restriction on the imap functions is the free version is limited to one account.

1. Make sure you have the imap debug logging enabled in the settings to see if your cron job is actually running.
2. If you run it manually via the admin control panel, what happens?
