Hi David,

We've come across a small issue which so far only seems to affect two of the tickets on our system.  We are getting an error generated in the logs (and an error on screen) which reads as follows:

[Error Code: 8] Undefined variable: mSize
[Date/Time: ..........]
Error on line 160 in file ............/control/system/accounts/account-view-ticket.php

Is this a known issue and is there a work around for it, or a simple fix?

The latest ticket to generate this error was created by an admin user and attributed to a normal user as the raiser of the ticket.  Not sure if this would have a bearing on the problem but thought I'd throw it in as a possible causal factor.

Thanks for any help you can provide.
