If you have questions about my software, chances are this forum has the answers.

You'll need to register before you can post on the forum to ask your question or to answer another one. A reply will be posted to each and every question that is asked so there is no need to double post or bump your post. I do my best to answer promptly but in some cases it may take a day or two. Bear with me and I`ll get your question answered quickly.

Here are a few tips to help you to get your questions answered more rapidly.

Hi David,

If we are unable to set cron in free version then what is the meaning of this free version. If help desk is unable to fetch tickets automatically or send reply then it is useless for us in our testing too.

Second thing in free general forum support if we are not getting single reply within 24 hours or 48 hours then also it is useless for us.

Could you tell me how to test helpdesk for proper working or not without setting up cron/email piping function?

Max 1 imap account is offered in the free version. There are no restrictions on ticket replies.

Sorry you feel that way, but I don`t offer priority free support. If you can`t be patient, then you need to find something else.

I assume you referred to the documentation from the imap screens? It can be trial and error as email accounts can be temperemental, but most generally work by entering the basic data. Good luck.

And to answer your subject question "What is usage of free version?", the free restrictions are on the Maian Support website.
