Hi David!  I decided to do a fresh install of Maian Cart while waiting for the new version.  But I can’t even get it installed.  I get "an error has occurred" and a bunch of stuff shows up in the log folder.  But here’s the weird thing, after creating the DB, setting permissions, etc., when I run the install script, it renames "/control/functions.php" to ".fucntions.php" and makes it have 0 file size.  No matter I do, it keeps doing this, even before I setup the DB and folder permissions,  Very, very strange.  Any ideas?
