Excellent HelpDesk program. For a long time I was looking for something good, and I was pleased to find the perfect option for myself. I am sure that I will buy, but now I am testing and trying how this program is suitable for my purposes.
I noticed that there is support for several languages of the program itself, however, I don’t see whether the articles themselves can be made multilingual?! If I want to create a question and answer, can I indicate it in several languages so that everyone can read in their own language. Usually several fields are used for this. However, when filling out the Questions, I see only one field.
