• Hong Kong, AdSpurt & Other News!

Its nearly time for end of year break in Hong Kong. This year I`ll be there from Nov 27th - Dec 30th. Note that during this time the support forum will be closed. Unless they are important, any contact messages will also be ignored. Please wait until I return for a reply.

I would like to say a big thank you to everyone who uses and comments on my scripts. I wish I could give something back in return (ie, new versions, updates), but unfortunately I`m just too busy on other things. Several updates are in limbo at the moment and may never see the light of day.

After weeks of giving false release dates, I can now definitely confirm, the keyword ad system 'AdSpurt' will go live on Nov 14th. Sign up for the newsletter at AdSpurt to be kept informed. If you are subscribed to any of my newsletters, you`ll get notification too.

Finally, can I once again re-iterate that you should never contact me directly for support unless you make a donation first. These e-mails simply get deleted. Always use the support forum, thanks.



• Maian Music Joomla Integration Released!

Joomla is a popular open source Content Management System used by many people. In a first for Maian Script World, one of my scripts is now compatible with Joomla, courtesy of Arelowo Alao. He patiently and very kindly took time out to integrate Maian Music into Joomla.

His hard work and dedication is very much appreciated. Not only that, but he also takes time out to answer any questions on my support forums for people experiencing difficulties with Maian Music. This website owes a debt of gratitude to people like Arelowo Alao.

• Support Forum Closed 29/8 - 2/9!

Its been a relatively quiet month here at Maian Script World. Script updates are progressing at less than a snails pace due to other commitments. I mapped out the new admin area for Maian Cart v2.0 though, so thats a start.

I`ll be travelling to London tomorrow, and during this time the support forum will be closed. I`ve now decided to close the forum when I travel as I don`t have time (or the inclination) to answer support queries when I`m on a break. I see too much of the computer already.

Finally, the contextual advertising system AdSpurt will now go officially live in about 4 weeks time. I`m really proud of this marketing masterpiece and I`m sure some of you will find it very useful for your marketing businesses. More information soon.
