(Confirmed new features/updates)

- XHMTL/CSS based system
- Specify min and max recommend fields
- Visitor can automatically choose how many fields they need between the min & max
- Default message optionally loaded from txt file
- Mail class updated to include SMTP options
- Captcha updated
- Recipients name added to fields
