David, what's the upgrade procedure for Ticket Desk Pro users? I put my existing database details into connect.inc.php, but I am getting a System Override Error because something in the database is not what you're expecting.

Hi Don,
Upgrades are not available for TDP or any previous versions of Maian Support as it states on the Maian Support website and in the docs. I do offer a free licence for TDP users though.

The docs (and the site) state:
"Can I upgrade from a previous version older than v2.0?"
"No, this option isn`t available, sorry."
Nothing there specifically said about TDP.
Unfortunate, as it makes my previous data completely inaccessible after upgrading.

Ah, sorry Don, you may be correct. Although, 'older than v2.0' does include TDP I guess.
I did have an upgrade page in the docs, but must have removed it after I decided not to do upgrade routines. It was my original plan to do upgrades and I did start the routines, but some of the conversions proved difficult because of how differently v2 is structured. In the end I decided to drop the idea. All future versions from v2 will be upgradeable.
