Mainscriptworld only delivers scripts to use, doesn`t have to do anything with domain-names.
If you want to change your domain-name you should look somewhere else.
There are enought webhosts where you can register a new domain-name (Use Google)

Or do you mean you are switching the site to a new domain? Won`t be a problem, just export your database setup and your script files and you`ll be good to go.
