I have installed turkish lang pack, but still turkish caracters create problem. for ex. (ğ,ş,ı..)... when those charactes receive to me, I can only see different characters. Can you help me?

You can try changing the charset to something else in the language file. Its a character encoding issue. I`m afraid I can`t really help with Turkish characters, you need to contact the person who did the language pack. They may be able to help.
