Hey David,
First and foremost, I'd like to say great job on the coding! Unfortunately, our site just recently ran into the same issue that others have posted up on this forum about expired download links. I've been receiving customer complaints about how they're able to download a couple of files before the links and download page expires. One customer wrote us with the following error message they received:

File Missing!
This file appears to be missing. Please contact us as soon as possible.

I've even tried setting the expiry amount to '0' (unlimited) for both expiry fields, and it still does not seem to work. That's not to say we haven't had successful purchases; but this issue just seems to happen sporadically. Please let us know what we can do to fix this problem. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Well, I`ve identified the error with the above message. That is displaying incorrectly. I`ll run some tests on the downloads.

Doesn`t matter. I have identified and fixed the problems. I guess I didn`t run very extensive tests last time.
If you didn`t make too many changes to the main index you need to replace:
index.php
classes/class_cart.inc.php
If you did, you`ll need to compare the new files with the originals. Or you can contact me and I can help you out.

Thank you. Yes, I`ve updated the zip file, so please re-download. Backup your existing files first, just in case you made changes you need to replicate into the updated file.
