Works fine for me on my test setups. I can`t guarantee the auto folder creation works on all servers.

After installation, I checked and re-enable and disable safe mode And change the access level to 755 and 777 in manual mode, there is no possibility to create folders automatically.
In automatic mode, only the folder is created automatically check if this is a big problem and I need.
