Probably not a Maian issue, but.....

As said in a different post, I just love the blog script.

However, one thing bothers me a bit:

I use Google Chrome as my browser (latest version), and tha fails to display the WYSIWYG controls, while MSIE and Mozilla Firefox do show them.

I now have to edit new blogs in either of the 2 other browsers, while I read it in Chrome.

It is most probably not a Maian issue, but if anyone has encountered the same problem and has found a solution I would love to hear it.

Thanks.

Possibly an issue with the WYSIWYG editor. I`m glad you like the blog. It will move to its own website in the coming months and I may just give it a slight update. smile

OK then,
2 from the top of my head:

I think it would be good if you could tweet from it, and 2. It would be nice if you could ban peole, as some eople use these kinds of applications to have "lots of fun" as they call it.

Yep, np. Added to suggestions list. I need to check the twitter api at some point.

Banning is fairly pointless. If you ban an email, they`ll post with another.

Yes, that is true, but if you ban the IP address, they have to resort to a proxy to get back on then.

Mind you, the main reason why I love the script is its simplicity.
It might be a lot simpler than eg. Wordpress, but that also makes it so much more user-friendly.

I use it now for posting sort of "hot"news articles, so that people can react on them, while I keep the ordinary news on my HTML news page.

This makes me think, it might be an idea to build something into the blog that shows when new articles appear on it.
As things are now, I just post it on my ordinary news page.
I know there is an RSS function, but many people do not understand how to use RSS feeds.

Not true. Many people, like me actually, don`t have fixed IPs. Mine changes each time I reboot my router.

Thanks for the feedback about the blog. I`m glad you like it. I`ve made a note of your comments for the next revision.
