I've separated this isuue from another post where it was included in another issue, and got lost in the mix.
I still can't untick the boxes that are ticked ( that I didn't set as ticked either, I might add ) in the section : Allow Free Pickup Only For Buyers In. And this is with the free pickup option at left of it, disabled.
Could it be another empty ( or half empty ? ( folder ( like the others ) that could be affecting this ? and if it is, what files should I be looking for to check ?
Otherwise, I've tried everything ( tick all, remove all, remove countries I ship to, start over....) and it still comes back with a seemingly ( but may not be I guess ) random selection of boxes ticked under " Allow Free Pickup Only For Buyers In ".
Got any ideas ? ( or files for me to check ? )

This looks like a bug to me, let me fix that and get back to you. I`m replicating this myself offline.

admin/classes/system.php
And that should fix the problem.
