I have the categories/<category> directories created with 755 permission and all the required fields in the form filled in but when I click "Add New Images" I get a msg box to wait, I click OK and then after seconds/minutes I get a clear screen and the images are still in the new folder and nowhere else.
The first screen of the normal display just contains four boxes that say "No Images"
Thanks for any help!

Try 777 instead.

Hi David,
Tried that, different but still doesn't work.
I have one image that shows up in Latest, Most viewed and Random, but not in the gallery where
it should be. When I click on any of the images shown I now get an error message,
"Internal Server Error" with a URL of "http://gallery.joycewicks.com/picture/1/alaska/northern-vistas.html"
One image disappeared and two others still won't add.
If you need to get on as admin let me know.
Thanks,
Dennis

Does your server support htaccess? That could be the cause of the internal server error.
Not sure about why the images aren`t working.

David,
Yes, my server is Apache and supports all the bells and whistles including .htaccess.
There aren't any html files in the alaska folder! There are two files there; pic1-5.jpg and thumb1-5.jpg
which are of the one image that is showing up anywhere. And they are reversed! the pic file is the
thumbnail and the thumb file is the full sized image???
Well, if you have any ides let me know, otherwise I'm through fighting with it.
Thanks for the help,
Dennis
