Hello there, i am trying to translate the website to bulgarian, but when i translate it when i open the website it cannot be read it is written with some unfamiliar letter.
I Write this code define('DEFAULT_CHARSET', 'UTF-8');
And then i save with dreamweaver to encoding to UTF-8 and still it done'st help, when i save it 3-4 times on some files i get correct and when it is translated my search mashine stops working :X:X:X Can someone help ?

Did you set the character set to utf-8 in the global language file?

I changet it everywhere 
I mean i wrote that one and changet iso something to UTF-8
Sometimes it changes the language but then my search engine stops working :X
