Do we have the option to report on custom fields. Example: I am using a custom field for a specific department within a department and another custom field for billiable yes/no.

If I have a custom field created called: Billable. The values that are possible are YES and NO.
So when the customer creates a ticket they select YES or NO for the billable field.
Can I have a report that gives me all tickets that have Billable = YES?
