After upgrading I tried to create a new ticket as a new user and the response I get is 500: Internal Server Error, any idea what could be wrong?
No idea, sorry. Check your server error log.
I have document attaching problem on the support script. i do get the following message:
Attachment Path Incorrect: "/home/server/public_html/support/templates/attachments" does not exist. Check settings and try again..
I guess the reason is in the error, your path is wrong.
