Hey, David! A couple things I see that I like as I'm installing MS2 (updating from TDP):
- The new layout: much more open (less cluttered)
- Users are assigned a password and can see all of their tickets
- Ability for me -- not just my customers -- to add attachments to a ticket
- IMAP: should make one of my uses much easier
I'll have more to say later, but wanted to get my kudos out of the way.

Thanks Don, appreciate your comments. Actually, some of the way it turned out may be due to feedback you gave me last time.
I did try and make it a less cluttered interface and concentrate on the important things with a ticket system.

Ended up not posting more, but I'm back to say just how much I appreciate the new features in 2.1:
- BBCode support
- Message preview
- Re-orderable departments
- Required selection of departments
- XML data posts for ticket creation
Looking forward to custom fields by department in 2.2!
