Another idea -

I now realise I could really use an option to block sales of certain items, ( and / or categories ) from particular countries because the shipping is so expensive it's just not worth it ( sometimes more than the item, or multiple items ).

But I still need to be able to sell the same item elsewhere.

There also may be other reasons that need a blocking option.

Pencil it in ?
