The message from their support is correct. The system cannot connect to the database, so you need to re-check your connection information.

Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock' (2)

I am totally sure the information is correct, I talked to the support service at my web hosting, they replied:

It appears that you've not defined/updated the MySQL database information in the application config file. Thus, you're unable to connect the database and install application. Hence, I would suggest that you please update the database information in the relevant configuration file of your application and check the functionality.

Did I miss any step?
