Well, you could include this yourself by editing the 'product.tpl.php' template file.

I`ve added it to my list, but something like this makes it seem more like a auction site, rather than a cart, so can`t promise I`ll add in this feature just yet.

Hello david, now surfering in my store, i was wondering if you can add and option in products page under ADD TO CART name MAKE AN OFFER

so with this the buyer can offer and the admin recive an email with this offer..
