David,

No problem.

TO let you know, I use a new manager and if you ever try to change the templates in your computer and upload via the FTP, they no longer work at all.

It is possible that I altered one in my computer and uploaded it before I noticed the admin template area. This may have caused a problem.

Well, any case, doing it my computer is just fine.

Thanks for everything and have a great weekend!

Christine

David,

The templates and templates/email directories are OWNER read/write and executable, however, the email template files themselves are only OWNER read/write. Shouldn't matter since they are writable, right? CHMOD is set to 755. Maybe I should try 777.

The first time I tried to update an email template, I clicked on one through the admin. It showed up and I made a simple change then saved it. It was after that that I could no longer open any email template and got the error that my PHP was old.

Thanks for getting back to me.

Chris
