Yes, that would make sense. Imap is separate from the main system. You would probably need to assign the same address to the agent which you have set as the imap address so it all goes back to the same place.

Ok, problem fixed. If you re-download and replace the following the priority issue should be fixed:

admin/templates/system/settings/imap.php

No problem. Easiest thing to do is go into your database and run:

insert into msp_tickets (id) values (18755);

Or whatever number you want to use. Once inserted, delete the row. On the next insert it will start 18756 etc..

You might document the override for close-tickets.php (if it's not already); I probably would have eventually found it for email-digest.php, but I was only troubleshooting why the auto-close feature wasn't working.

Thanks, I have updated the docs as you said. I thought I mentioned the override for the close tickets, but must have forgot. I`ve also added the auto close as an option on the tickets menu in the docs. Previously it was just linked to from the settings info page.

No, it does nothing really. It can be used to prevent directory browsing via the "IndexIgnore */*" command. Other than that, can be ignored.

Dustin, generally speaking you should be able to use the same settings for MS as you're currently using to access your account through other means. But I'm confused about your setup. In one message you say you're using qqmail.com, in another your own hosting provider. I suppose that the latter is another account you're attempting to get this to work on, just like your Google accounts. But even there I'm not sure if that's dustinmattison.com or dustinmattison.us -- both of which appear to be hosted not with Google but with a Chinese web host. And a CPanel host without email? That's odd.

This should be sorted now. Wrong port was set and SSL was enabled for none SSL server.
