Its not something I can do
personally as I have no interest in Joomla. Feel free to
give it a go yourself though or get someone to try the
integration.

Ok i'll have an ask around, see if anyone is up for the
challenge 
Just one more thing,
Is it possible to display the account menu and account
overview on the header section rather than the footer?
Problem is, i am trying to theme my site and i need
the menus to display in the header rather than the footer,
when i change the code around i get errors all over the
place.

You`ll need to move code from the 'inc/footer.php' file to the 'inc/header.php' file. Tricky unless you know what you are doing. You can`t just move code from the footer template to the header template because it won`t parse as you worked out.
