Upload Error
Hi there,
I have installed Maian Uploader the
installation went great I could create user accounts but
when I try to upload a file I get this after the attempt.
Name: File
File: dscf0013.jpg
Type: image/jpeg | Size: 321KB
File Uploaded OK with
changes
• A problem was encountered when
uploading this file. Please try again.
If this
error persists, please contact support.
All my
permissions are set according to the install instructions
(made 777 instead 755 just incase) I just cant get the files
to upload ![]()
Any help is

Hi,
Through a bit of messing I discovered the
script itself is not setting the permissions correctly on
newly created accounts and thats why the uploads are failing
is there a way to correct this ? its no big deal if not as
it is only going to be used for family and friends.

Hi Paul,
If the script is setting the
permissions incorrectly, this is probably a server
restriction. If thats the case, you`ll have to do it
manually. Check your error logs to see if anything is
there.
