About The Scripts

The scripts at Maian Script World first surfaced on my other website, M-Dream in 2003. At the time, adding the scripts here was the easiest option, but as that site is Asian Entertainment oriented, they soon felt out of place. In 2005 I set up Maian Script World as a seperate site for my scripting projects.

Due to high hosting costs I needed to find some way of keeping my websites alive and so a commercial licence was introduced on some of the script projects earlier on. I would like to thank everyone who purchased a script from me during this time, your help and support is much appreciated.

I do plan to re-introduce commercial options for some of my scripts at a later date, but they will always have a free version.

Writing PHP scripts is simply a hobby, but with a view to turn some of this site into a business operation.

I hope you enjoy my scripts.

About This Website:

This website is a showcase for my PHP script projects. With the exception of the forum and any crappy Google code, it should validate as XHTML1.0 Transitional and valid CSS. This site is based on a template by Arcsin. Additional graphics were created using PhotoImpact XL and AAA Logo and the site was hand coded in PSPad. The site is powered using PHP with a MySQL backend.

This site is NOT powered by any third party CMS software.

About Me:

I live in England. I read a lot, watch lots of Asian movies, listen to lots of Asian music, go to Hong Kong every year and my favourite singer is beautiful Chinese superstar Faye Wong. Japan`s equally beautiful Ayumi Hamasaki is a close second. My all time favourite CD is Shadowplay by Tim Story.

Occasionally, when I`m not working on client projects, I get some free time to work on my PHP scripts. Thats about as interesting as it gets really. I`m also a moderator at Webmaster World. Please visit my other websites if you get chance. Links can be found below.

Finally, I would love to move to Hong Kong, so if anyone lives there and wants to employ me, just let me know. :p I might decide to move my own business operation there one day.
